The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord Jesus, the leper in Mark 1:40 came to You and said, 'If You will, You can make me clean.' He did not demand. He did not pretend to know what You would do. He told the truth — that healing was in Your hands — and left the rest to You.
I am asking for healing today. My body is not what it was. My relationships have been worn. The parts of me no one sees are in bad shape, too.
Heal what You will heal. Carry what You will not. Either way, You touched the leper. Your touch still matters. Touch me now. I will trust Your hand, whichever way the answer comes.
Amen.
