Teens Prayer for November 29th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Psalm 19 says, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight." That means the things I say and the things I think. Both. Today I will want to say something mean. Or I will keep replaying a hurt in my head. Catch me before I do. Make my words and my thoughts match. I do not want to act nice out loud but be angry inside. That is too much to carry. Make them the same, clean, and honest. I need Your help with this. Amen.

- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
