Teens Prayer for November 28th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Psalm 27 says You are my light and my salvation, so whom should I fear? You are the strength of my life, so why am I afraid? I have a long list of things that scare me. Quiet that list in me. Help me bring each thing to You and ask, one by one, “Does this matter more than You?” None of them do. Let me walk through today, acting like that is true. The list is not the problem. The problem is when I treat what is on it as bigger than You. Help me come back to this whenever fear shows up. Amen.
