Teens Prayer for October 18th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Your Word says our troubles are light compared to what You are making for us forever. Right now, my troubles do not feel light at all. This week feels heavy, like a backpack I cannot take off. I am not going to pretend it is easy. But I want to keep looking at the bigger story You are writing, even when today hurts. Paul went through beatings and shipwrecks and still called his pain small because he saw how big Your plan was. Help me see that big story when my week feels too heavy. The pain is real, but Your story is bigger, and only Your story lasts forever. Amen.
