Teens Prayer for September 28th

A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.

The prayer

A prayer to pray now

Father, Isaiah 40 says that those who wait on You will get new strength. They will rise up like eagles. They will run and not get tired. They will walk and not give up. I notice the order: fly, run, then walk. Walking comes last because the slow, quiet days are the hardest. Help me walk today. I am not asking for wings. I am asking to keep going when the day feels heavy, and nothing big is happening. That is the strength I need most. Even on the exciting days, I still need You. But most of my life is just a normal walk. Train me for that walk. You promised strength for the kind of day I am in right now. I am asking for that strength. Amen.
