Teens Prayer for July 10th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Ephesians 2 says I am not a stranger or a guest in Your house. I am family. Most of the time, I feel like I am sitting in the back row, hoping no one notices me. Help me unlearn that. I am not just visiting You. I am Your kid. That changes how I can pray. I can come tired. I can come distracted. I can come without a speech ready. Right now, I do not have anything special to say. I just wanted to be in the room. Thank You for letting me in. Thank You for not making me earn it every single time. Help me carry this into the rest of today. Help me remember I belong here. Show me the people around me who feel like outsiders. Open the parts of my life that feel locked. Make me someone who helps other people feel less like strangers, because I am learning I am not one either. Amen.
