Teens Prayer for June 20th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, I say I'm tired when I really mean I'm sad. You know the difference. Even when I feel like I'm falling apart, You hold every piece of me. Hold me tonight. I'm done pretending I'm fine when I'm not. Help me write down two true sentences about what's really going on, and give me the courage to share them with someone I trust. Make me whole instead of just performing okay. I bring You the real me, not the version I show everyone else. Receive me as I actually am. Amen.

- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
