Teens Prayer for May 4th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, I keep promising to change the same thing, and then I don't. Hebrews 10:19 says I can come close to You because of Jesus. That means I can come back even after failing the same way again and again. So here I am. Same prayer. Same need. Tonight I delete what I've been hiding behind. Tomorrow, I tell one person who will be honest with me. The week after, I don't put it back, even when I want to. Help me keep going. You don't get bored with me. Help me not get bored with doing the right thing. Coming back to You again is not weakness. It's how I learn to follow You. Receive me again.
Amen.
