Teens Prayer for April 9th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, something in my chest has felt heavy for about a week, and I am not sure exactly what it is. In Luke 23, women followed Jesus to the cross, weeping with Him. Sometimes the right thing is just to walk and cry without needing an explanation. Let me carry this heaviness without rushing to fix it. Let me keep walking. Help me do the next plain thing — get up, eat, work, show up — even when the mood does not lift. The mood is not a verdict. The mood is weather. Carry me through this week into whatever is next. Steady my next small step. I do not need a breakthrough; I need stamina. Amen.
