Teens Prayer for March 16th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Psalm 39 says I am just passing through this world, and I do not always know how to live like I belong to You. I am still learning how to follow You all day, not just for a few minutes in the morning. Help me carry You with me today. Into the math class I do not like. Into the practice that always runs long. Into the dinner where my parents will ask about my grades. Not as a mascot. As a steady presence. I do not have to be a missionary in the cafeteria. I just have to be a real, decent, attentive person at lunch with my friends. Receive this morning. Walk me into the day before it swallows me whole. Amen.
