Teens Prayer for February 25th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, it snowed last night, and the walk to school is going to take longer. I do not want to start the day feeling yelled at. Warn me gently instead. This day will try to pull me into routine before I even stop to ask what You want from it. Help me pause. Help me give this morning to You, not in some big showy way, just by remembering whose day this really is. Help me be kind in the kitchen. Help me listen in class. Help me not send the text I always regret before first period. The snow is pretty. The day is short. I want to spend it as Your kid, not as someone just trying to run my own life without You. Amen.

- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
