New Mothers Prayer for December 17th
A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, You said You remember the love of my early days—when I first trusted You, when my faith was new and bright. That takes my breath. You still hold those first steps close, even now, even here at the kitchen sink with tired hands and a full heart. Walking is harder than it was then. But You have not forgotten how it felt to walk with me at the start. Let me live this morning held in Your memory of who I was—and who I am—before the rush of life covered everything. Amen.
