New Mothers Prayer for October 14th
A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord Jesus, Paul once said that knowing You is worth more than anything else. He did not mean life stops. He meant the good things stay good, and You stay first. Help me see my morning that way. A clean kitchen is a gift. A full grocery cart is a gift. A nap when I planned one is a gift. A nap I did not plan is an even bigger gift. But none of them is the best thing. Knowing You is the best thing. You are the steady center that everything else hangs on. Help me hold it all in the right order today. Help me not lean on small wins to carry what only You can carry. You are what carries this day. Amen.
