Father, Your Word says You are making me faultless before Your glory. That word does not fit my morning at all. The morning has had three faults already and I am still trying to find my footing. This promise is about who You are making me, not who I am right now. Let me sit with the long word for a minute, the way I sit with a verse I do not fully understand. Faultless. Not now. Then. The work of making me faultless is Yours, and it does not depend on whether I get it right before noon. The end of the story is sure. This hard morning is not the verdict on it. Walk me into the day held by Your word, not measured by my mess. Amen.
