New Mothers Prayer for July 18th
A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Your Word shows people who served in quiet ways that no one celebrated. Let me hold my place today without needing it to be celebrated. The middle-of-the-night feedings, the spit-up on my shoulder, the meals I drop and reheat again — these are not impressive. But they are real. They are the work You have given me right now. Let me not need a front position. Keep me steady where You have set me, which is exactly where I am. Amen.
