New Mothers Prayer for April 28th

A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.

The prayer

A prayer to pray now

Father, Your Word says I can hope in what You have promised. I am asking You to help me do just that.

Keep Your promises alive in me. The promise that You finish what You start. The promise that You are with me even when I cannot see You. The promise that these long nights and hard days are not pointless.

Do not let me forget. Do not let Your words become decoration. Bring one of them back to me today when I need it most. Whisper it to me again when the day feels thin, and I am running on empty.

I am not strong enough to hold these on my own. But You spoke them, and that is enough.

Amen.
