New Mothers Prayer for February 19th
A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, You invite me to ask—even when You have already promised. So I will ask. Not because You forget, but because asking keeps my hand in Yours.
For my baby’s growing health. For my marriage in this tired stretch. For a friend who does not know how lonely I feel right now. For my own patience after dinner tonight.
I will not assume You are already on it without my asking. I will ask simply, then go back to my life and trust You with what I have lifted.
Hear me. Move where I cannot reach.
Amen.
