New Mothers Prayer for February 9th
A short, Scripture-shaped new mothers prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, I move first and ask later. I pick the plan in my head, then bring it to You for a stamp.
Slow me down. Let me ask before I plan. Not for a big sign. Just a short pause to lay it before You and listen.
You may not answer in words. You may answer in the calm that comes when I stop guessing and start asking. That alone changes my whole day.
Today, before I choose the first thing after breakfast, let me ask.
Amen.
