Father, Your Word says the end of something can be better than the start. The year is almost done, like the last page of a book. That is good. You planned for endings. They make room for new things to begin. I am okay with this year ending. Some things need to finish before the next thing can start. You know which ones. End this year well for me, please. Let the last page be as much Yours as the first. Amen.
