Kids Prayer for December 6th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Dear God,
Long before Jesus was born, You promised to send a child who would save Your people. You kept that promise. You always keep Your promises.
Sometimes I have to wait for what You said You would do. The wait feels long. But a long wait does not mean You forgot. It does not mean the promise is broken. It means the story gets even better when You come through.
Help me trust You while I wait. Help me remember that You are the God who keeps every word You say.
Amen.
