Kids Prayer for November 11th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, today, people thank the soldiers who protect our country. I am too small to be a soldier. But Your Word says You give me armor for a different kind of fight. You give me truth. You give me faith. You give me the Spirit's sword. Put that armor on me today. Help me fight the fights I face, like telling the truth when it is hard, being kind when someone is mean, and choosing what is right when it is not easy. Being a kid does not mean I have no battles. It means I need Your armor for every one of them. Amen.
