Kids Prayer for October 6th

A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.

The prayer

A prayer to pray now

Heavenly Father, You said Jesus would carry our sad things and our heavy feelings. He carried mine too. You did not just watch from far away. You actually picked them up. Thank You. I cannot understand all of it, but I do not have to understand to say thank You. The carrying is done. I get to walk with empty arms. The sadness was heavy, but Jesus did not drop it. Help me remember that when my own heart feels heavy. Amen.
