A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord Jesus, Luke 19 says You wept over the city. You cried because people were missing You. You feel things deeply. So when I cry about something, You are not bored. You sit with me in it. Thank You for not staying far away from sad. Tears are not a problem for You. They are one of the reasons You came to us. You came into our crying world. So when I am sad, I am not alone. You are right here with me. Amen.
