Kids Prayer for August 23rd
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Dear God, when somebody is mean to me, I want to be mean back. That feels normal. But You ask me to do something harder: to do good back instead. Give me one good thing to do today for someone who was not good to me. Even something small, like sharing or saying something kind. That counts. When one person stops being mean, it can all stop. Let that person be me today. Amen.
