Kids Prayer for August 11th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord Jesus, Your Spirit grows love, joy, peace, and patience in me. Fruit grows slowly. I cannot make it by trying harder. A tree stays connected to its roots and keeps drinking. Keep me connected to You today. Even when I do not see fruit yet, You are growing it. You promised Your Spirit would do this work in me. So I will wait and trust You. Amen.
