The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, the Israelites were stuck between water and an army. They wanted to run. You said to stand. Standing is hard when I am scared. My legs want to move. My mouth wants to whine. Teach me to stand one second longer. Help me wait for You. Help me watch for the path I did not know was there. Standing still with You is brave. Amen.
