Kids Prayer for July 19th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord, You showed Your glory to Your people long ago. They saw fire on a mountain. I don't see that, but I see other things You made: clouds shaped like animals, a bug that opens like a tiny door, someone's kind face. That is glory too, in small pieces. Open my eyes today. I don't want to miss the parts of You that are right in front of me. The glory is here. I just need a longer look. Amen.
