Kids Prayer for July 9th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Your Word tells me to remember all the good things You do. But I forget so fast. By lunchtime, I forget You let me wake up. By bedtime, I forget the kind thing my friend did at recess. Slow my forgetting down. Help me keep a little list in my head today of good things You gave me. Even three. Even one. That counts. Thank You that even when I forget, You do not. You remember me every moment, even the plain ones like waiting or brushing my teeth. Amen.
