Kids Prayer for June 3rd
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord, the Bible tells about potters who worked for the king. They had clay under their nails and dirt on their hands. They were just regular people doing regular work for You. My job right now is being a kid. I make my bed. I go to school. I help at home. I love my family the best I can. Use my ordinary day for Your kingdom. Even the boring parts. Even the parts nobody sees. I am Your worker. Amen.
How to pray it
- Read it slowly. Move through this prayer one line at a time, out loud if you can, letting each phrase land before the next.
- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
