A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord, a long time ago, Your people grumbled. They had just seen You rescue them, and still they complained. I do that too. I complain when it is too hot or too cold. I complain about dinner. I complain about chores. I even complain when my little brother bugs me. Help me notice when I am being a grumbler. Help me stop. Even when things really are annoying, help me trust You instead of whining. Amen.
