Kids Prayer for April 9th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Lord, a big crowd followed Jesus. Women cried out for Him as He walked. People watched Him carry the cross up the hill, and they were so sad. Help me feel something today when I see Jesus on the cross again. Not just think about it like a story from long ago. Feel it. You did that for me. You did that for everyone I know. Soften my heart so it is not hard or cold. Amen.
