Lord Jesus,
When the governor questioned You, You stayed silent. You chose not to defend Yourself. I am not like that. When I get in trouble, I list all my reasons. When someone says I did something wrong, I argue back even louder.
Help me know when to be quiet. Sometimes silence is stronger than words. You showed me that on the hardest day of Your life.
