Kids Prayer for March 22nd
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Jesus fell on His face in the garden and prayed. He did not want to go to the cross. But He did it because He trusted You. Help me trust You like that today. When there is something hard I do not want to do, help me choose Your way. Not my way. Yours. Even when my way looks easier. Even when Yours looks slow and hard. Amen.
How to pray it
- Read it slowly. Move through this prayer one line at a time, out loud if you can, letting each phrase land before the next.
- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
