Father, when things go well at school, and my friends are kind, I start to think I do not need You. I get proud and forget to lean on You. Keep me close to You even when life is easy. Especially then. Easy times can trick me into thinking I can handle everything alone. But without You, I cannot. Help me remember that every good thing comes from You. Amen.
