Kids Prayer for February 11th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Heavenly Father, in Your Word, it says people could tell the disciples had been with Jesus just by looking at them. I want people to be able to tell that about me, too. Not just because of what I say, but because of how I treat people. Help me show You today by being kind, even when I do not say a word about You. Let how I live tell others about Your love. Amen.
How to pray it
- Read it slowly. Move through this prayer one line at a time, out loud if you can, letting each phrase land before the next.
- Make it personal. Pause where a line meets your day and name the person, fear, or hope it touches before God.
- Carry it with you. Keep one sentence with you — on your phone or in your pocket — and return to it when the day gets loud.
