Kids Prayer for February 7th
A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Your Word says to get up and leave a place that is not my rest. Sometimes I need to leave a thing too. The show that makes me angry inside. The group chat where everyone is being mean. The friend who keeps daring me to lie. The thoughts in my head that are not good for me. Help me know when to get up and walk away from those things. Help me not be scared to leave. There is a better place You are taking me, even when I cannot see it yet. Amen.
