Kids Prayer for January 16th

A short, Scripture-shaped kids prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.

The prayer

A prayer to pray now

Lord, the day already feels hard, and I have not even gotten dressed yet. You said You will help me. I want to put those words in my pocket. I want to pull them out when the cafeteria is loud, and I cannot find a seat. I want to pull them out when math gets hard. I want to pull them out when I have to talk to the kid I am scared of. You will help me. Amen.
