Lord, Your Word says, "We love You because You first loved us." That order matters. When my love feels thin — for You, for my wife, for my kids on a hard day — remind me that Your love came first. My love is just my answer to Yours. So when my love runs low, I will not panic. I will go back to the start. I will sit with Your love and let it fill me up. I cannot love anyone on empty. Fill me from the start, and let the rest flow out. Amen.
