A prayer to pray now
Father, there is a name on my phone I scroll past without opening. We have not spoken since the fight. You already paid for what went wrong between us. I do not have to like him. I do not have to pretend it never happened. But I do have to stop acting like it is my job to punish him. We both belong to You. Help me live like that is true. Send the first message. Make it short and clean. Let the rest be Your work. Whatever he does with it, my hands are no longer cocked.
